Each year we celebrate the Birthday of Scouting with some scouting history and trivia, recognize the volunteers who make our program possible, and everyone’s favorite Blue and Gold Cake Bake!

The Cake Bake is a friendly dessert decorating competition.  Taste is not part of the judging but we WILL EAT the entries after the meeting.  There is a division for Lions and Tigers, and these scouts can decorate their entries any way they want.  The older scouts will compete in the Cub division, and there are four categories for entries: Holidays, Transportation, Sports, and Scouting.  The rules and details can be found here: https://www.bsapack564.org/resources/cake/  Participation in the Cake Bake is OPTIONAL – and even if you don’t enter a dessert, please come help us celebrate and eat the desserts afterwards!
